Can I bring my own food & drinks?
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to bring and consume your own refreshments at Happy Inn. We make a natural exception for bringing your own fruit & vegetables.
I have an allergy, can it be taken into account?
Absolutely! However, it is important to indicate this to one of our colleagues when ordering. That way we can best advise you on the possibilities.
Is the kitchen staff trained?
All kitchen staff hold an HACCP certificate. As a result, they are aware of how to handle food and the corresponding hygiene measures.
Safety and hygiene
Can I keep my shoes on while playing?
No, you can leave your shoes at the table. Playing in the play equipment is much more fun without shoes on and it is also safer for you & the other children/escorts.
Please note: when playing laser tag, it is compulsory to wear footwear.
Are there lockers available at Happy Inn?
Yes, lockers are available at Happy Inn Alkmaar. Ask about this at our entrance/counter.
Please note: we ask for a deposit of €5.00, which will be returned to you when you return the locker key.
